Dr. Collins serves as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Texas Christian University School of Nurse Anesthesia and maintains an active clinical practice in the Fort Worth area. He has over 16 years of independent nurse anesthesia experience, with most of that time spent in a high-acuity, high-volume obstetric practice. Greg is a veteran of the US Army Reserves, providing down-range anesthesia in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Dr. Collins is a Past-President of the Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists and is actively involved in practice advocacy at both the state and national levels.
Dru Riddle, PhD, DNP, CRNA, FAAN
President | American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology
Dr. Riddle serves as Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Education in the Texas Christian University School of Nurse Anesthesia and maintains an active clinical practice with NorthStar Anesthesia. In his role at TCU, he directs the Center for Translational Research: A JBI Center of Excellence and serves as faculty in the university’s new medical school where he teaches, mentors and leads medical students. He is currently serving as President of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and also serves on the board of the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation. Additionally, he co-chairs the Cochrane US Network which produces, disseminates and implements evidence across all aspects of healthcare.
